Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ sterling. Delivery charges are not included in the initial prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards via Shopify Pay or via PayPal. Payment is taken immediately. If we have established that we cannot fulfil your order, we will offer an alternative. If this is not suitable, we will transact a full refund.
Delivery
We will happily deliver to addresses in the EU and USA, but delivery charges may vary from those stated. We cannot guarantee delivery times, but we aim to deliver to UK addresses within 3-7 working days. We also offer next day delivery at a fee of £10.99 on any orders made before 2:30pm. We are unable to offer refund of any shipping charges unless expressly agreed in writing.
We pay an insurance premium on each delivery over £20, this is completely non-refundable.
Any item purchased in our sale i.e., discounted from the retail price shown, are not eligible for return or credit. Size exchanges, if we have another size can be sent back and we will replace subject to payment of the appropriate carriage fee for sending out again.
Purchasing
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Cart" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Proceed to Checkout", and follow the PayPal procedure, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we or PayPal send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order's data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund excluding delivery charges, subject to being unopened and unused. Please note: We pay an insurance premium on each delivery over £20, this is completely non-refundable.
Our Christmas refund policy is 14 days from the purchase date or can be exchanged up to the 31st January 2026, please keep your receipt. Any product must still have the original labels, be in the original packaging and should have no signs of being worn beyond it being tried on.
For hygiene reasons, baselayers, socks, underwear, swimwear, neck warmers, balaclavas and helmets are non-returnable unless it is for reasons of accepted and agreed manufacturing warranty Pressing the buy button confirms that you understand this.
This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification, perishable goods or goods that by their nature cannot be returned, video, DVD, audio or software products and the item has been unsealed, newspapers, periodicals or magazines. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition with all labels attached, at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery/courier service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail. Delivery will not be refunded.
After-Sales Services and Guarantees
Warranty varies dependent on the product you have purchased. We offer a 7 day, no quibble refund on all products, if you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased. Carriage will not be refunded. Magic Spikers attract a 12 month no quibble refund from date of purchase. Carriage will not be refunded.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.
