Returns Procedure

Our Christmas refund policy is 14 days from the purchase date or can be exchanged up to the 31^st January 2026, please keep your receipt. Any product must still have the original labels, be in the original packaging and should have no signs of being worn beyond it being tried on.

For hygiene reasons, baselayers, socks, underwear, swimwear, neck warmers, balaclavas and helmets are non-returnable unless it is for reasons of accepted and agreed manufacturing warranty Pressing the buy button confirms that you understand this.

Items that total £100 or more have the following returns conditions:

All items £100 or more have a built in pick, packing and postage charge of a minimum of £6.99 this will not be refunded.

1/ Please do not remove any of the item labels.

2/ Please ensure that if you are returning your item let us know by email within 48 hours of receipt.

3/ Please fully insure the item for the purchase price when returning the item.

4/ Any marks on the item will deem the item as used and only a partial refund will be given. The item is photographed and catalogued at our showroom before dispatch.
