Returns Procedure
We are delighted you are looking to make huge savings in our sale. As the promotional prices are temporary and massive, any products purchased in the sale will not be available for refund or return under any circumstances except under warranty conditions. Please also note that most sale items may have been displayed in our main store previously, some packaging may not be pristine.
For hygiene reasons, base layers, socks, underwear, swimwear, neck warmers, balaclavas and helmets are non-returnable unless it is for reasons of accepted and agreed manufacturing warranty Pressing the buy button confirms that you understand this.

Items that total £100 or more have the following returns conditions:
All items £100 or more have a built in pick, packing and postage charge of a minimum of £6.99 this will not be refunded.
1/ Please do not remove any of the item labels.
2/ Please ensure that if you are returning your item let us know by email within 48 hours of receipt.
3/ Please fully insure the item for the purchase price when returning the item.
4/ Any marks on the item will deem the item as used and only a partial refund will be given. The item is photographed and catalogued at our showroom before dispatch.
